Efekt? W świecie, w którym na każde pytanie
odpowiedzią jest Google, coraz rzadziej jesteśmy czymś zaskakiwani.
Wchodząc na pierwszy koncert, nie znanego nikomu Hong
Kongczyka nie spodziewasz się, że widownia będzie trzymała go na scenie swymi
brawami przez dodatkową godzinę. Nie spodziewasz się tego, że będzie on skakał po
całej scenie, robiąc bóg wie co swoją maszynerią. Nie spodziewasz się tego,
że będziesz częścią nagrania muzycznego, które w czasie koncertu Cho-Sa-Ho
nagrywa, by zaraz potem je samplować. Nie spodziewasz się tego, że będzie to
najlepszy koncert festiwalu.
Chwileczkę… Teraz będziesz się już tego wszystkiego
spodziewać.

It’s rare
for us to be truly surprised. I think that it’s getting even rarer. Thanks to
the invention of internet most of the questions that we might ask, have an
easily accessible answer that begins with Google.
As you’re entering the venue to listen to the first concert on the lineup you
don’t expect to have your breath taken away. You don’t expect a Hong Kong born,
music wiz to be kept on the stage, by the audience’s cheers, for an additional
hour. You don’t expect Cho-Sa-Ho to jump around the DJ table and the scene,
doing god-knows-what with his tech. You don’t expect that this will be the best
concert of the festival.
Wait a sec… Now you’ll expect all that.
